This experience was horrible. Alexis talked about the project with great detail and everything sounded good until the work was done. I now have 56 cubic yards of stones all throughout my backyard, he didnâ t level what he said he would, and he overcharged for an extra day. Never hire him for a yard leveling project

"The Client was?t charged any extra money. What happened was that l finished my work a day ahead of schedule. The contract stipulated leveling with gravel, but when it came time to pay, she said she did?t want gravel, she wanted potting soil, and that l should charge her less because l finished early. I give an estimated completion time of 3 to 5 days, and finishing before those 5 days, does?t mean I should charge less than what wéve already agreed upon"
