"I called four providers and TWHE were the only ones who gave me a ballpark quote over the phone and sent someone out for an estimate. Everyone else either would not discuss "ballparks" over the phone or never called me back. While on the phone they walked me through all my options and gave me the pros and cons of each system I was considering. So I had them come out They said they would be there between 9 and 9:30 and they showed up at 9 on the dot. They assessed the situation and said the cost would be a little cheaper than the ballpark estimate minus the Angie's List coupon. So I had them do the work. It was completed in about 3-4 hours. When they were done, my old unit was gone, the job site was clean and I had hot water waiting for me. I don't care if they say that cold showers are good for your skin, I like having my hot water back.
