The bid and contract process was very smooth and I knew with certainty what I was going to get. Top quality work was done using excellent materials. It turned out just like I wanted and was completed three weeks early and exactly on budget. Triangle Classic cares about their customers and makes sure they are informed and pleased throughout the building process from first contact all the way to turning over the keys. "Owner Junior Green was a friendly, honest fellow who was reliable, worked hard, did a very good job, and left the site clean. My job was painstaking in places and access was a bit tricky, but no problem for Junior. He mostly worked alone and cut no corners. He started with the foundation and outside of masonry wall, which looked great. We then ran into weather problems and my dissatisfaction with colors chosen from misleading Sherwin Williams color samples, which put him behind schedule and I had to suspend the project due to going out of town. I could have switched painters then but did not. When he returned he worked steadily and finished my project in less than the expected time. I am very pleased with the outcome. My only gripe is that he does not have an account with Lowe's, where I preferred to buy because they sell in small cans to try out different colors. He says he does not like their paint but they carry Cabot and Valspar so I don't get it. I now own several cans of unused stain and did not get a painter's discount on all materials. Also, he is not cheap. Still, I recommend Clean Hands and will be a return customer."

"If there was a word better than amazing, that is the word I use to describe working with Duane Knight, the owner of UBuiltit. We live in Michigan and found a beautiful lot on a beautiful lake that we just had to have. The downside was the house on that lot was, to put it nicely, a dump! We brought Duane to our site, talked over the vision and the rest is history! He managed the process from start to finish. From tearing the previous “dump” down to celebrating with us as we moved in. Duane let me be as involved as I wanted to be, which was my absolute favorite part. He let me meet the contractors and be apart of the whole process. He was responsive to my thoughts and ideas but also added his input when needed. He restrained us (budget wise) when needed but let us be creative in other ways. He was on site everyday and taught us so many things about the building process as we were first time home builders. He is a family man with great values and morals. I would not recommend anyone BUT Duane and UBuildIt!"

"We have used Design Home Renovations for several projects.  All of the work was started and completed with top quality materials and construction.  We are also already on their schedule  to have our kitchen remodeled and they are building us a new sunroom in March.    The process of selection was so easy with Dana's help.  She worked with us to keep our project on budget and was still able to capture all the looks we wanted!

As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. The project cost, 22K was 5K less than another reputable competitor.Senior citizens approach projects carefully, especially when new faces are involved. We felt comfortable at all times. A humanitarian side story involved how they took great care not to upset our aged dog."

"My wife and I bought our home late last year from Housekick. They partnered with ProGreen to do all the interior work. The house paint is absolutely amazing! I told them to surprise us with a fun door, and they picked out the perfect green color to compliment the house. It was a great surprise! Interior paint is flawless and everything was left clean. The cabinetry work was incredible. They also re-did all the countertops and tiles. Owner, Cory, set up appointments for us at the best tile and countertop places in town and we were greeted by an attentive team member who gave us a tour and showed us all our options. They know Cory and the kind of work he does and we’re able to guide us and make recommendations. Their teams did a great, clean job on all the walls. The LVP flooring is absolutely amazing and we could not be happier. It's incredibly durable! We have a very active dog and his nails never leave a mark! During the move we slid a lot of furniture around and no marks! I painted a few accent walls and got paint on the floor. It came out with some soapy water. They redid our staircase and it’s absolutely spectacular! There are so many other things they did to complete the house, including building a full deck and fence. Overall could not be happier with our house and the job ProGreen did. Cory's customer service is only outshined by his attention to small details and how many times he's on the job site monitoring his team's efforts. Will never use anyone else!"

"Mr. Hargrove was extremely prompt and professional when first contacted to make a bid.  His initial evaluation was thorough and his bid well itemized.  There was additional damage found as wood from affected areas were removed, his team reported it immediately and the bid was adjusted accordingly.  Mr. Hargrove was very intentional and deliberate about keeping in constant contact with us and all the monetary adjustments were very reasonable.
 His team was very responsive to questions and observations as the work was being done.  Extra care was also taken to clean up after the work was completed.  Though Mr. Hargrove was very professional in every other way, it would have been easier for us if they accepted major credit cards.  Overall, we would whole-heartedly recommend Hargrove's Home Improvement and we thank Mr. Hargrove and his team for an extremely difficult job well done.
