"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"If there was a word better than amazing, that is the word I use to describe working with Duane Knight, the owner of UBuiltit. We live in Michigan and found a beautiful lot on a beautiful lake that we just had to have. The downside was the house on that lot was, to put it nicely, a dump! We brought Duane to our site, talked over the vision and the rest is history! He managed the process from start to finish. From tearing the previous “dump” down to celebrating with us as we moved in. Duane let me be as involved as I wanted to be, which was my absolute favorite part. He let me meet the contractors and be apart of the whole process. He was responsive to my thoughts and ideas but also added his input when needed. He restrained us (budget wise) when needed but let us be creative in other ways. He was on site everyday and taught us so many things about the building process as we were first time home builders. He is a family man with great values and morals. I would not recommend anyone BUT Duane and UBuildIt!"

Within minutes of returning to the MLS, I had a contract on the townhouse for full price. The agent had been checking in on the progress of the remodel and was impressed with the work being done. As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. The project cost, 22K was 5K less than another reputable competitor.Senior citizens approach projects carefully, especially when new faces are involved. We felt comfortable at all times. A humanitarian side story involved how they took great care not to upset our aged dog."

"John provided the samples, scheduled, and installed roof as scheduled. He also followed up on a couple of unforeseen issues without hesitation. He can improve by communicating quicker and having his crew be more thorough about nails left in yard and driveway. Also, existing gutter covers were reinstalled improperly and has been a pain attempting to reaffix them myself. Overall though, his work and commitment to the job seems good and he is a better value compared to others who gave estimates."

"I would definitely recommend ProGreen for all future projects. Between fighting the elements and all the extra demands we were making, they really came through for us on getting the roof replaced (it was a giant house). In between getting the roofing done I asked for an entire shed to be demolished and removed, three buildings to be pressure washed, etc. and they did it no questions asked. I have the utmost respect for how hard their workers are and will certainly use them on future projects."
