"Wise Home Direct did a major interior makeover on my house last fall and not only did they do a fantastic job but I really enjoyed working with them and appreciate their professionalism. Today I had an urgent need for some follow-up repair work and I'm completely impressed with their willingness and ability to rally for me late in the day on a Friday afternoon to mobilize and handle my issues same day. It's been about 9 months since they finished their project and I am completely impressed with this kind of after-project support and look forward to the next project I will do with them."

"Poor communication around the amount of dust that the installation would leave or that we would need to remove any belongings from the attic or most importantly the adjoining closet where my wife stored her wedding dress. The install crew was also careless, leaving very noticeable scratches and dings on window and door frames. Management promised to address these repairs and dry clean the wedding dress but gave us the run around for months without addressing any of the issues caused by their crew. What’s arguably worse is we haven’t seen anything close to the amount of savings on energy bills that was promised in our first summer with our new insulation."

"A company like no other. That is the best way to describe my experience with McClintock Heating and Cooling. We have been with them for about 4 years now, 2 houses later, 5 units services, 2 units replaced (which were both 20+ years old), they have taken care of us time and time again. We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. I never thought that I could love my HVAC servicer, but they bring a little Heaven to Earth in their kindness, generosity, and humility. I wish all companies would follow their example. "

"Just cancelled service today. Have been a customer of McNeeley since 2014 and never experienced such terriible customer service until now. I don't know how BugOut expects to keep customers unless they are going for quantity to the point that it doesn't matter. Too much to even post here. Will find a local company who cares about their customers like McNeeley did instead."

"I wished we had known about the Integrity sooner instead having waisted time with other companies. Our last AC guy was trying force us to agree getting another AC brand for an insane price. He thought he would convince us once it was during the hottest wave we have ever had.We just wanted to make sure we could get not only a better estimate but know what else the market had to offer us. Since we know Costco has a reputable name in the market, we felt we should take that path. Certainly Costco would have a trustworthy partnership with an AC company. We got 3 estimates before Integrity. None of them I felt confident in going ahead.Even with a lower estimate. As soon as they called me to schedule the visit, I told my husband we probably had found the right direction.Ortiz came and took care to hear our needs and he did not try to sell us anything else other than we really needed. Everything he told us we were aware. He was very clear, profissional and easy to deal with. Actually the whole process with Integrity was absolutely easy to deal with. Everyone I had to speak, email or get in touch was responsible, clear and very kind. The installation crew was amazing. We had Dan, Abraham, Bryce and another guy I forgot his name.This one was super nice with my son talking about games. We are very impressed with the quality service Integrity has, and the way they deal with their customers. Keep doing this excellent job. Nail was so very attentive with me answering my questions all the time. We are more than happy to have chosen Integrity to take car of our HVAC from now. Definitely the name Integrity speaks itself. Thank you for working with us since the beginning process to the end with so much care. We feel so much comfortable now knowing we have a trustworthy and integrity company to take care of our system. "We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
