NOPE. Then Mark from Clearwater Septic and Pumping called, told him the issues, told me he would be there the next morning between 11-12. He texted when he was on his way. arrived , pouring down rain, showed him the pump tank, we discussed prices, wanted to pump out, pull old pump and make sure we got the right size, gave me their price to replace pump and away we went, all in the pouring down rain. Told him we didn't have to finish today, maybe next day would be ok, no back ups or any issues, could wait. He said I told you we would get it done today and we will. they pumped both sides, pulled pump, went and got the new pump. installed the new pump, all in the pouring rain, never complained, knew what needed to be done and he did it. very professional and NEVER spilled a drop of waste on the driveway or yard like the first company from Charlotte did that I sent away. finished at 5;30, soaked ,cleaned up everything. This company came, gave me fair prices, did what I asked to have done and didn't try to hit me for any other charges or unnecessary work. VERY HAPPY with the end result. It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days .
