"First visit was an Angie's List special buy.  $99 for gutter cleaning.  Bit of a communications breakdown.  Discussed removing my gutter guards, but in talking with Glenn in the VA office, I asked him to have the person who would come out to do the work (Karen) to give me a call before removing the guards.  I was going to talk to someone to get their input.  Karen was right on time morning of the cleaning, but Glenn had not passed on the message, and when I called to talk with Karen before she got started, she had already removed the guards I was planning to keep.  She did find a huge wasp nest inside the guards and a very large plug of pine needles and leaves that she would have had a hard time removing with the guards on.  So, perhaps, just as well.  Left a card stating that the gutter cleanings in the future would be $65.  Less than the "deal" I purchased from Angie' List.  I have read that comment by someone else.  I did call them again this past winter after all the leaves had fallen to clean the gutters again.  I liked Karen a lot although I have only spoken with her on the phone.  She seems very professional, gets the job done.  Both visits have been right on time.  She was extremely apologetic about the communication breakdown.  I will use them again.
