I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."
