Tim learned his trade at Macomber Vocational HS, in Toledo, Ohio, where he graduated as a cabinetmaker. He then attended Hocking College and majored in Forestry. Tim worked in the hardwood lumber industry for 25 years before opening TJS Woodworks in 2001. His experiences working as a lumber inspector, log scaler, dry kiln operator and mill manager give him tremendous knowledge about wood species and characteristics. TJS Woodworks maintains working relationships with finishers, door and drawer manufacturers and installers. This gives Tim and his company the range to work on projects of all sizes. All projects are handcrafted with the highest quality materials and workmanship.
