"AAHA were the first to come out and give an estimate for the HVAC. I was impressed with their knowledge of the systems and my needs. Went with the Bosh dual fuel BG96 system. Installers did a 5 star install. Very happy with the system. They really responded to my questions. When they were installing I made a comment about the piping. Next time I went to see the progress, piping was moved! These guys are really customer oriented. Theirs was not the lowest bid I got from 3 HVAC dealer estimates I contacted but they were the most eager and agreeable to do business with. Nice HVAC even when temp not hot but humid put it on and it will stay on low speed to lower house humidity!"

He gave me the estimate on the best pump suitable for my needs plus all the equipment and labor to complete the job. The day of installation everyone arrived early. Each person had their specific part and each went right to work. The whole system was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up and the old unit hauled away. Nick came to do the inspection after a week to see if all was running well. All were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. I have had a maintenance contract with Quality Air for several years and all the guys who come to my home have been friendly and professional."

"Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."
