He called ahead because we were anticipating a storm to see if he could come earlier that day so he could get it done around the storm on the day that he promised. Which I thought was great. He told me everything that I needed to know. It was gutter cleaning and tuneup is how they worded it. He told me every issue that I had. They were minor. I felt like he was honest about it.
