"Junior responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and offered to meet with me the same day. When I met Junior, I knew that he was the guy to go with, but I wanted to do my due diligence and get a few other estimates. Junior's estimate was comparable to the others, but his attention to detail exceeded the others by far. Once I accepted the estimate, he and his small crew got to work within a few days. He kept me posted on the progress throughout the job, and finished on-schedule. The painting, doors and baseboard install, and outlet move exceeded our expectations. "Well, until they left. Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."

"We went to their showroom, which has a huge selection of carpets that can be turned into stair runners. Far more than any store I have been to in the Triangle. Once we chose a carpet, we set up an appointment for measuring, and then installation was set up. The quality was outstanding, and the work was done extremely quickly. I know that carpeting curved stairs can be very tricky, especially with aligning patterns. We were quoted two days, but the team finished in just one day -- by skipping lunch and staying late. The price was also excellent. I was amazed at the worksmanship. We had purchased hardwood floors previously from floors to go, with installation, and also had a great experience with that as well. I highly recommend this extremely experienced team."
