However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."

What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. As for his work, the words “top-notch”, “first-rate” come to mind. He and his crew are outstanding professionals. The whole construction was done with such care and proficiency. My husband and I are delighted with the result. Hugo’s work was not inexpensive but I did not want to end up with a car port ! Considering that we got exactly what we wanted, with the quality of both material and workmanship, we felt it was a fair deal. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
