Hired for an inspection of HVAC unit after purchasing a home. Glenn was on time, incredibly nice, and informative. Waiting on a quote for services needed.

I used this company for A/C Repair. I quite honestly have not experienced a company, and the personnel this good in quite some time and I am 76 years old. They are simply outstanding from top to bottom. The way they conduct business reminds me of the quality that many of us experienced in the 60's and have not seen for quite some time. I recommend this company 100%.

The crew from owner, Chris, and the others were professional, courteous, respectful of my request to protect flooring and other furniture by covering with drop cloths and cleaning up afterwards. Happy with the job they did.

They promptly responded and serviced the air conditioning unit on Saturday. He completed the work and now the unit is running well.

I called on Saturday morning and the guy said he'd be there before noon,he had a stop before me and he was on time. Took care of the problem and I would definitely get him again!

Alberto did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. He found the problems and focused in on bringing this 13 year old system back to cooling. Both he and I don't think the system is long for this world but it should be long enough to buy us time to select a good replacement. Thanks again for your quick dispatch and very capable employee. We will be calling you again but hopefully not too soon.

Alberto was wonderful! He called before he came and he made sure we understood exactly what he was going to do about our AC system before doing it. We were able to watch him test the system and he patiently explained what he saw and what he determined might be the issue. He was thorough, patient, and got the job done. We were back to AC in under 2 hours! A great experience!

It was a Sunday, and my elderly parents were visiting, and the temperature outside was forecast to be in the 90s. The house was very hot, so I called at 7:30 AM, not thinking I would get through to anyone, but not too long after that, I got a phone call from their office, and before noon, the owner of the business (who was covering for his employees so they could take off the July 4th holiday), personally came to my house to fix our air conditioner. I will never call a different HVAC contractor again. Any time I need this kind of help, I only have one number to call. I strongly recommend R&C Service to anyone needing HVAC help.

Excellent Service

The service rep was prompt and even called ahead. He took time to explain what he was doing every step of the way and helped me understand my options. My problem was solved. I learned important information about my unit and how to care for it in the future. I am so pleased with the service that I am contemplating signing up for their bi-annual service.

Extremely professional qualified and courteous teams; Service was very rapid. Explained options to us in a very clear way without pushing expensive solutions over cheaper one. I am not 100% certain about the cost/value since we ended up not asking for other quotes to replace our AC unit. Their offer appeared reasonable and we did trust them based on the overall quality of the service.

The motor went out on our very old air conditioner. They came out the same day it broke and were able to replace it.
