Richie provided us with great service in a situation where we really needed it. Our long-term HVAC contractor told us on the day we needed them to do a repair on a 90+-degree day that they were no longer servicing businesses, despite the fact that we had an existing service agreement with months left on it. Air Serv sent Richie out that day and he completed the repair to get our medical office back on track for our patients' and employees' as well as tenants' comfort.

Review is of Aire Serve in LIBERTY. Bought HVAC with warranty in 2017. Faithfull with twice yearly service contract to maintain warranty. In 2022 was told Capacitor was failing. They tried to deny I had a warranty, had to email them a photo of my document that I had one. Then all of a sudden, the Capacitor was just LOW, not at replacement reading. In 2023 Capacitor reading was GOOD, Hmmm I said. So now in 2024 Capacitor reads POOR, needs replaced. Part itself under warranty, but 15 minutes of labor was $143. So multiply that x 4=60 minutes tha is $572 per hour. Called to complain and was told that is standard rate because the tech has to have skill to avoid electrocution. The skill was he turned off my breaker and forgot to turn it back so he left me with no thermostat working/no HVAC. Had to call him back after hours to take care of that. REALLY! They are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THEY ARE A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE

The technician came checked everything said needed parts to order. I told him will call back to order. Charged $89 for coming and promised will apply towards $728/ estimate. I called back the next day to go ahead with the job Customer service said will not credit $89. Robbers got ripped off will never recommend. Do not get anything done with this company.

We found you were made aware that we waive the diagnostic fee when the customer decides to proceed with the repair WHILE the technician is on site. We serviced you over the weekend and it was several days before we heard back from you. I am sure you will agree that it costs money to run a business. The safety of our customers is a matter of the utmost importance to us - our Service Professionals are background checked and drug tested so we can be sure we send the very best into our customers homes"

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
this was one of the most professional group i have ever dealt with. the service lady was great. the gentleman who "sold" the unit explain every thing in terms i could understand. the guys who installed the unit were fantastic. the office personal were so wonderful answering questions. hopefully i will not need them for some time. but if i do i know i can count on them to service the unit and answer all my concerns
