I am now retired so I do my own cleaning, but if I was still working, I would hire Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning to do it!
LIliana has been working for me for about 7 years. She is thorough and professional. She has products that she prefers to use, but will use products I suggest as well. She is gentle with my home and rarely has there been anything broken. She has an assistant with her and they clean the two floors in about two hours. The kitchen stove, sink, and counters shine, all the carpets and wood floors dusted and vacuumed, and glass tops and inner glass doors cleaned. The bathrooms are always sparkling and she uses disinfecting products in the toilets. If she has a concern, she will point out issues that may be a problem. For example, she showed me a problem with my kitchen light (loose glass shade) which she cleans from grease from the stove. In the past, she pointed out an issue with my vacuum cleaner cord. Liliana is also flexible when we have a scheduling problem around vacations. Because of her reliability and effectiveness, this is the longest I have had the same cleaning service.
