The process went very quickly and smoothly. I requested quotes on 11/12, got calls back that day. Plymax came out the afternoon of the 12th, gave us an estimate on how much the repair would run us, and when they would be back to fix it, which was within a week. As roof leaks go, our was a super simple one - a nail had gone through a shingle. Plymax was back on 11/17, removed the nail, and replaced the shingles. The whole process was super quick and simple, which we really appreciated.

Very well. Price seemed very reasonable. Service was fairly prompt and very courteous. The barn project was somewhat delayed because of the need to find fiberglass "skylight" panels that were the same pattern as the metal of the roof.

It went great, they showed up when they said they would. I called them back over to find a small leak and they showed me where nails came loose on the metal roof and that was the reason for the leak. Very professional.
