My service call fee is only $40 AND is waived if the repair(s) takes more than one hour. My labor rate is also $40/hr and there is NO up-charge for parts and materials,you pay only what I pay. I mistakenly told the Contractor the incorrect wood for the cabinet material when ordering a sample door and we needed to make a last minute change in the order. That’s two hours of my life! Total frustration. They’re smart enough to send an email checklist to make sure I was prepared with my phone to have the battery changed.
