I would recommend them. Price was pretty good. It was fair. Responsiveness was good. They helped me. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Sometimes you go in there and you need some help with stuff to find. When you get a hold of somebody, it's very good.

Do not buy appliances from Lowe?s (Paseo del Norte, Albuquerque).  The customer service was awful.  They delivered 2 washing machines which were both lemons. During the second delivery, they scraped all of my concrete steps leading to the front door.  For 3 weeks I called Lowe?s numerous times to get the machine picked up and to get action regarding the damage to my home.  I was passed from department to department, from person to person.  The Assistant Managers did not return calls as promised and frequently had excuses:   I lost your phone number?It is my day off?My kid is sick?We are short-handed.    Twice they did not pick up as promised.  After 3 long weeks they finally picked up the washer and I got a refund.   What an ordeal.  I still have to deal with their insurance company regarding the damage to my home.   
I purchased a washer from another company (Builders Source) and had a washer within a week.

It was quick and uneventful. That is what I always want out of appliance installation.

The work went very smoothly and was performed by the Santa Fe store.  Our Lowes contact was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  The work was performed when promised.  Lowes sent a person to check on the work in person as it was being performed instead of calling after it was over to see how it went.  We received 2 other bids and this was the most cost effective and high quality.  The crew were polite, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

They arrived on time with two installers. The older gentleman seemed to know what he was doing but the younger man proceeded to damage our baseboards while ripping out the carpet. He was told to leave by late morning. We pointed out the damage and the older gentleman admitted that the young man had done this and then offered to fix it with Murphy's Oil. We told him we didn't think this would work. I relayed the situation to Lowe's and was told to contact their installer. I did so and was treated rudely along with being told that I purchased cheap carpet. Never mind the fact that we paid $2000 for carpet covering a staircase and hallway. On a side note,we were compensated for buying 30 percent too much carpet due to a miscalculation by the installer. Our baseboards remain damaged.

The quote was supposed to include a military discount of ten percent, but it did not. Lowes now says that they will not give me the discount at all, which was previously promised and honored if I purchased the fencing parts at the store and used my military identification card. Furthermore, I had shown Lowes the quote I got from a competitor fence company, and Lowes said they would beat that price of $1500, plus give me a military discount. As you can see, Lowes did neither.

They really good too. They checked our problems. They followed up on them. I had no issues with them at all. They wanted to make sure everything went well. They called to verify time. They wanted to make sure that he was doing a good job. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and what was completed. They didn't just say now she is out of here and we do not care about you anymore. Price was average. There was nothing great about that.

It went really well. I can't remember the contractor through Lowe's but they undercuts were excellent and it only took them about 6 hours. We've now had the floor for about 3 months and have not had any problems. There are no "popping" when walking anywhere on the floor. They did an excellent professional job. They even moved out the furniture for a worthwhile additional charge.
I would use them again.

The brand I chose, Levolor, was on a Lowe's sale and was by far the best price I was quoted. I got quotes from 4 different local blind stores. The installer measured my windows, and I ordered at the store. When they cam in he removed the old blinds and installed the new ones. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. I was very happy with the outcome.

I had a good experience. They were very good and quiet. They got there on-time. They are priced competitively.

They just installed it a couple of weeks ago. There were other things besides the swamp cooler that needed to be done. The company they used was A and S plumbing. The guy they used was very nice and helpful. There was some rough spots in going to Lowe's and finding someone who knew what they were doing. It worked out fine. It ended up being higher price wise than expected, but it turned out fine. I would certainly look at them again in terms of warranties. Lowe's would be pointing at the plumber and the plumber would be pointing at Lowe's. Who knows how it would turn out? But, so far, it has been fine.

The price was very good and convenient.

I did not spending anything because they did have what I wanted.

It's close by. I've never had any problems with them; I go in and get what I need and go out.

The lady who helped me pick the new tile for the kitchen was knowledgeable and very helpful. She got the estimate and work done started quickly. Of course, they used another company to install the ceramic tile.
The first company sent some workers who spoke no English and were ill-equipped to move the appliances. I notified the owner that I did not have confidence in the workers to do the job correctly-he was angry but did little to solve the problem.
The next company sent out was very professional and the work excellent. This company sent an experienced young man who knew exactly what he was doing, was punctual, friendly, efficient. The finished job is great. I would use the subcontracting company again and bypass Lowe's.
IBe very careful when Lowe's sends an installation team, to observe them for their professional knowledge. Ask for another installer if you need to, and be firm. Don't settle for less-it's your money!

It was excellent, from start to finish. The salesperson that helped us draw out the plans was very helpful. They made some constructive suggestions that we ended up using that worked out very well. The installers did a great job too.

The wait from back warehouse to front door was about 30 minutes b/c they are all on breaks, or unloading something else. You have to know exactly what you are looking for and have patience. The prices are equal or better than the competition. They beat Home Depot on the price of the stove by 10% with not much hassle and the fridge/freezer was on clearance, so yea for me. They do put a number of items on clearance, but you have to go or call often. Salespeople are friendly, but man, the check out people are just snotty.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL WHILE IN MY HOME. I THINK THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE WINDOWS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I WOULD HAVE THIS COMPANY BACK IF I HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT WORK AND SERVICE.

LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO OTHER WORK.
