The work he did included laying floating vinyl floors (Smartcore) in the kitchen and two bathrooms, installing a new dishwasher, replacing a sliding glass patio door (which was a major ordeal), replacing two toilets and two bathroom vanities. He is not a plumber but does do hookups of toilets and vanity faucets. He hired M&M Plumbing to do the water heater replacement and install a proper ice maker line with connector box. (We were also very happy with M&M's work.) Bruce is a skilled carpenter and licensed electrician who can handle anything that needs to be done. He has decades of experience in building and remodeling and we were very comfortable in following his recommendations when there were questions about what to do.
We are very happy with Bruce's work. We will definitely hire Evans Residential again and recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
