"I have used Sans Tree Service in the past 2019 and hired them this week to limb up tall trees, remove small trees on our small lot and remove a very large white oak limb that was growing over our roof. I also asked them to shear the tops of two large hollys and shear an entire very large holly. This company went way beyond our expectations; their attention to detail was exceptional and they performed more work than was expected such as shearing additional hollys around our yard! They arrived on time and completed the work rapidly and the results were excellent! Will be using their services again!"

The men did an excellent job, and we shall hire them to come back periodically to keep the place looking good. It was overgrown. They clear cut, trimmed, sprayed for weeds and laid down mulch. "Benn had been cutting my lawn (religiously with excellent communication) and I wanted a big patch of English Ivy removed so I asked him to give me a quote and do the job. Part way through the first day he called to tell me he had tried but the job was out of his expertise. So he gave me back the deposit and asked for a smaller payment to cover the work done so far. He offered an option to continue that included herbicide and I agreed he would pick up again in a few days. But again he called the next day, said he could not sleep feeling he had failed. I was not unhappy at all. However, he had done his own research and found a local firm that specialized in English Ivy removal without herbicide, interviewed them for me and set up a meeting. They were exactly what I wanted for the ivy job. I have never seen service as thorough, thoughtful and passionate as B&A Home Improvement. Five stars!"
