"Hi {Member name removed}, after reading your remarks on Angie's list, I contacted Mark who was the foreman in charge that day to try and get an understanding of what happened. He explained that on his initial attempt to talk to you and another attempt the following day, he was met with a pretty vicious verbal assault from you that made it difficult to reason with you and make an attempt to correct things. He explained that he went to your house himself and cleaned up any debris leftover from the work done for your neighbor and felt that things looked OK when he left but did notice some wood and debris on the bank near the area we had been working that appeared to be leftover from a previous project that had been done. He confirmed with the crew working that day that this debris was not related to the work we performed that day and felt that he properly cleaned up the remaining debris from our job.
