Excellent. Jay showed up early, which gave me an opportunity to clarify what i actually needed to have done. Then the crew followed shortly thereafter, on time I might add. Brief discussion and left them to do the work, advising them that I would be back at 10:20 from an appointment. When I got back work was done and cleanup had been completed. Exactly what I asked for.

Joshua Tree provided excellent service that is difficult to find these days. They came out the day after I initially called them and provided a fair estimate to remove a tree for me. They conducted the work efficiently and cleaned up the work area well. Jay remained in contact with me the whole time to keep me updated. I would highly recommend Joshua Tree to anyone looking to have tree work done.

Joshua Tree did an excellent job removing a large, storm damaged tree in our yard. They also removed the top of another tree. They were careful and very attentive to detail, grinding and cleaning up all debris.

Jay with Joshua Tree is amazing. He worked with my budget and exceeded my expectations. I got a few quotes before I found Joshua Tree. Firstly, Jay wasn't trying g to rack up an enormous bill, he wanted to make sure he understood my vision with the property and offered helpful suggestions. Secondly, the work quality was incredible.

They showed up when promised. They cut one large Leyland Cypress and pruned a good sized Sugar Maple. They did a great job and cleaned everything up nicely. Everyone from the estimator, Jay, to the work crew and Satish the owner were very polite and friendly too. I definitely recommend them.

Joshua Tree Experts did an awesome job pruning trees and taking down a tree in our yard. They were efficient in their work and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again. My neighbor used their services before I did. While working at her home, their arborist Jay Hamrick knocked on my door to point out a big limb hanging down on our roof and asked did I want them to take care of it while they were finishing up at my neighbor’s. I had been meaning to get that branch removed and so they did so at a very reasonable price. I then asked Jay to walk with me around our yard to identify what else needed to be done. He was very selective in what he pointed out including pruning two additional trees and taking down an ornamental tree that was not healthy and was laying over and choking another tree. He did not try to talk me into anything that was not necessary. They came back and completed that work in record time. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call on them again. I really appreciated how proactive Jay is and I trust him as an arborist.

I can’t say enough good things about Joshua Tree Experts!! From scheduling, arriving on time, professionalism and completion! If I could give 10 stars I would! I had several trees that needed trimming back as well as stumps that needed to be ground down. The company came by my house to look at what I wanted done, and Jay from their location came out and looked at what we needed done and within a few days, they were out getting it done! I was at work when the job was being done, and when I arrived back home I couldn’t even tell they worked at my house! Except for the fact that my trees looked amazing!!!! My 10 year old got such a kick out of the workers. He said they looked liked monkeys swinging in the trees!! lol If you need tree work done, I couldn’t recommend another company. True pro’s and I can’t thank them enough!!!!

They did an excellent job! They missed a couple of things that we had discussed, but came back out & took care of them at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone for tree work. Jay was very knowledgeable & courteous. They also offered a senior discount.
