These men came out removed two treeâ s that were on my house. One directly above my house from the hurricane. These gentlemen are extremely professional, and in my opinion can do any job, big or small. Thank you guys for making our home feel safe again.

I have used this company on 3 different occasions so obviously they do great work. Jerman has always provided excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the job. Jerman and his team removed an incredible amount of English ivy from my property, have cut down and removed several very large trees, and even made a fire pit circle out of cut logs. They also cut up and stacked firewood from a tree they cut down. You could not ask for a better tree removal service!

We used Carolina Tree Service for several different kinds of work in McDowell County. The owner is very honest, hard working, and will do everything to please his customer. He will try to do work at a time schedule that is convenient to the customer. His prices are fair, and his worth is ethical.

Two factors: excellent communication and quality work. They kept us informed at every step. This was important because of a delay caused by a storm. When they did get there, they were friendly and helpful. They handled some last minute changes without problems. They took out a dead tree that was in an awkward position right next to our house, taking care to not damage anything. They even cleaned up some brush that we had collected.

Carolina Tree Service showed up on time and did a great job. They took out all the branches and trees requested and made sure our yard was clear of debris before leaving. I recommend them and would hire again.

Very respectful team with EXCELLENT skills at what they do. I felt immediate confidence in them. They gave me a price and stuck to THAT price, without attempting to get more money out of me...what a pleasant company to work with...I will certainly hire them again and recommend them to friends. The price was actually $150 more than another company, but I felt that they were the most experienced to take down a few trees that were almost leaning on our house. No damage to our house or our neighbors...very talented.

Very experienced at working in the difficult situation of having trees removed close to the house. Clean up was impeccable. The left the yard in immaculate condition. I recently contacted Carolina Tree Service for an estimate to fell three trees. They gave me an appointment time to give me the estimate and ARRIVED ON TIME for the appointment. They gave me a FAIR ESTIMATE for the work required and gave me an appointment window to do the work. On the day they promised to do the work, they text that they were on the way and ARRIVED ON TIME to cut the trees. They WORKED SAFELY and CAREFULLY, causing no damage to the surrounding trees. They were COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL, and EASY TO WORK WITH. I have no doubt that I would hire them in the future if I have trees to be removed.

I had several dead trees cut down. Came back and ground stump. Very impressed with service. Even had them to go to mothers house to do some work. Highly recommend.

The job was removal of large limbs and dead branches from an old oak adjacent to my home. The work was competent and professional. I was impressed they arrived right on time, did excellent cleanup and even sent me text photos of the completed work since I could not be present when they finished. I will definitely call them for my next tree service!

We were very happy with our selection of, and the services provided by Carolina Tree Service. This is a family operation and one that was very customer service oriented. From the moment I selected them as one of the companies that of which I requested a quote, they were on the ball. They communicated quickly and well using a variety of media. Their followup and scheduling around our family availability was very positive. The work they performed and the clean up was as agreed and very professional. We will have additional tree work needed this summer. We will be happy to use this company again for that project. This was the first time we've used Home Advisor, and we were pleasantly surprised. It drove results and a quick and successful project completion.

Carolina Tree Service was recommended by a friend. They came at my request, evaluated the project, made recommendations, and provided a very reasonable quote. They completed everything we agreed upon in a prompt and excellent manner including cleanup. At one point while the project was ongoing I inquired about payment and was told they did not want to be paid until the project was complete and they were sure I was totally satisfied. I was completely satisfied with everything. I would definitely hire Carolina Tree Service again and would recommend them to my best friend.
