"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

"Came home from out of town for a week to NO HEAT in house. Immediately started making calls trying to find someone to make a service call. All we could do was leave messages. First person called us back couldn’t come out for until next week. We like to use local businesses, and remembered seeing the BUSTLE HEATING and COOLING truck parked at the house near where we live. So we left them a message too. Within 30 minutes we received a callback. They were sorry they couldn’t get to us that day, but put us on the schedule for the next day (today)! They called at 8am and were here shortly thereafter. The Service Techs were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We now have heat, and we were pleasantly surprised by how FAIR PRICED our bill was. The Tech told us they were out Christmas Eve and the Owner took the calls on Christmas Day. "Pretty much a disappointing transaction, especially with customer service. They were happy to sell me a $4K Kitchen Aid downdraft stove and promised they could install it. Told me it would be here in 3 weeks. It took the better part of 3 months to arrive. Then I got a call on a Friday telling me the stove would be delivered the following Tuesday. At that time, I asked (Just to be sure) the sales rep to confirm that I had paid for delivery, pickup and disposal of the old stove, and installation. I was assured that I had. When the delivery guys arrived, they did not have the tools needed to install. Now a supervisor tells me that they no longer install downdraft stoves. Worst of all, no one at Sunrise will take any responsibility for the misinformation, nor have they made any effort (at least at the time of this writing) to make sure I am satisfied. I hate Lowe's and other big box stores as much as anyone else. I have dealt with them and had problems. But nothing of this magnitude. Caveat emptor."
