We woke up to a very cold house, and we immediately came to Angie's List to find someone to help. When we called Foothills Heating and Air, they took our information and said that a technician would contact us soon. Within 10 minutes, a technician called back and said that he would try to be here by 11:00. He was very prompt (five minutes before 11:00) and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He went to purchase the part and had it replaced very quickly. The entire process was completed in an hour and a half, and it has worked great since!

It went well. They also did a service call in June. They are very prompt. I can call them and they get someone here right away. They are very professional. I have not had any problems since.

I called the company on Tuesday and made an appt for Thursday
Thomas arrived on time, did the maintenance work and was done in about an hour
Very efficient and also very polite
Did not try to sell me anything or pad the bill in any way (unlike another local company )
