Santos managed the operation with diligence, skill, and care taking care to remove materials and debris. We kept the wood chips and some of the logs from the operation. He offered to reuse some of the existing blocks to reduce the total cost. Our project was scheduled just a few weeks out, not months out like a couple other contractors had proposed. The crew was punctual and very hard-working for a solid four days. Crew leader Julio answered all our questions and kept us informed through of each level of the new installation.
