I've had some poor encounters with contractors over the years, in regards to heating and air conditioner repair and service. It was a pleasant experience to have James Nash, of Nash Heating and Air, install a smart thermostat today. He was on time, and obviously very experienced in his field. I would highly recommend him.

James called me Friday evening after I submitted the request. Even though they couldn’t come out til Monday, he attempted to trouble shoot over the phone so we could try to fix it on our own. Have never had that happen! We did need him to come out the next week and he was very responsive, and fixed the problem quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

James was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of hiring him to install ductless split units in our home. James is very knowledgeable in the heating and air business. He has been instrumental in keeping our heat pump in shape with routine servicing and maintenance. Some of my friends have been told that they needed to get new units but James has been able to repair existing units at a fraction of the cost.

I have called Nash Heating and Air three times now for various issues with my old, outdated heat pump. The first time that my old unit stopped working Nash Heating and Air, politely, informed me that my heat pump was outdated and would be difficult to keep running. They priced a new unit for me, but it is currently out of my budget. James, the owner, did not try to push the new unit on me, but instead gave me some options to keep my current unit running. The repair guys have been so nice and understanding, I have never felt like they are trying to push a new unit on me and they have always been able to get my old unit back up and running. I know that it is just a matter of time before I have to get a new unit and I will call Nash Heating and Air when that time comes.
