Wade and Jacob were very professional and courteous. They were on time and explained everything they were doing and took before and after pictures of my entire duct work and air handler. Wade was also very kind and provided the dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. Wade and Jacob accommodated us by maintaining the use of face masks and foot coverings not only respecting our home but also our health and safety at this time of Covid. We greatly appreciated his companyâ  s services and would highly recommend them.

On the day I called I not only received the most competitive quote but my dryer vents were professionally cleaned by Ductz that very day. Wade Patterson, the owner, was extremely professional and responsive. He met his crew here (also very professional) and checked to ensure my vent was the type he could clean with his equipment and he actually performed the cleaning. The work was excellent, the price was fair. Very pleased with the results.

Wade and his crew arrived on time and were professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. They worked carefully and were respectful of our home and furnishings. He kept us informed as the cleaning proceeded. They did a great job on a pretty challenging project, since the ductwork had probably not been cleaned in decades. We are completely satisfied with their work. Since we have another renovation project planned and we want to keep the system clean, we plan to contact them again after the completion of this next project.

They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. The price was fair and they cleaned up as they worked.

Wade had to replace the entire venting system for my dryer and re-route it from venting into the attic (scary!) to venting outside. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. The job came in at his estimate which I thought quite reasonable , especially considering the amount of work involved. Much of the work is visible and it looks extremely professionally done with high quality materials. He left everything neat and clean. I definitely give him my highest thumbs up!
