FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. In 2005, we moved to our current 11,000 square foot location. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
