Putnam Mechanical has serviced our HVAC system for the past several years. Their prices are fair. I request their technician Matt every time - he is extremely professional, customer focused and provides excellent service. He is the main reason I keep using Putnam over other local HVAC providers!

Putnam Mechanical were extremely prompt in addressing my issue, diagnosed it pretty quick and provided a fix. The guys were very friendly. I signed up for a preventative maintenance program with them.

Heating stopped working properly. Heat pump stuck - instead of blowing warm air, cold air blew from inside vents. Called Putnam early evening and a repair person came that evening. Did a temp fix. Next day, manager ordered replacement part. Part arrived next day and team came out to replace it early next day. Prompt care. They explained each step and made sure we were comfortable. Manager made sure we had his direct phone number if we needed help.

Everything went great and the house is cool again!!! This company has done work for us in the past, replacing a broken humidifier, replacing thermostats, and preventative maintenance as well as assisting in a kitchen renovation so we can cook on a gas stove. Highly recommend this company for their great customer service and well trained staff!!!

Service went very well. Ricky was courteous and reviewed with me what he was going to do.
He opened the covers on the indoor unit loacted in the attic, and checked the wiring for loose or burnt connections.He checked the current loads on motors. He inspected the evap coil and found it clean.
He cleaned the outdoor unit colis which were very dirty and checked the compressor freon pressures.

The unit is now working but it still does not heat or cool at set temp so the thermastat setting is just a guess!

They arrived on time, told me everything they planned to do before doing it, and asked before doing anything that wasn't covered in the maintenance agreement. Very friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. I am very happy that I have signed up to have them do preventative maintenance, and I will not hesitate to call them should I ever need repairs not covered by the maintenance agreement.

I have been using them for about 3 years. They do a very thorough job when they come out. The technicians have always been very professional and courteous. They arrive on time when giving me a couple hour window. They let me know what they are going to do. They seem to be very thorough. They let me know if they have any concerns. They follow up with me. I would definitely recommend them. I have worked with other companies, and Putnam mechanical stands out. There are cheaper companies out there, but you get what you pay for. They spend an hour and a half and they crawl around in the crawl space.
