We called Dulin to check our gas furnace when it would not heat. They had serviced this furnace previously and we were happy with the service. They were unable to find the part which did not surprise us due to the age of the furnace. We were given an estimate and also had two other companies come to give us estimates. After reviewing, we decided to go with Dulin. They were aware we did not have heat and rushed to have the unit replaced. We also decided due to age we would replace the air conditioner. They arrived promptly, were very professional and completed the work in one day. All of our questions were answered. We are very happy with their services and very glad we chose Dulin to provide the service. We definitely recommend them to anyone requiring service or replacement of units.

Completed on time and no issues

We started to have problems with our 13 year old air conditioner that controls half of our main floor, and started to research repair or replacement options. We discovered that it would be best to replace both air conditioners for the main floor because of the way they were installed, and we also decided to replace the unit in our attic that was not powerful enough (and the refrigerant lines were too small) to cool two large bonus rooms and a guest bedroom on our third floor. Although we use Dulin for our maintenance contract, we went ahead and got five quotes. Dulin was the most competitive and also provided a longer warranty on their work. They recommended a one stage Trane AC unit (XL16) for all three units and variable speed Trane furnaces. They also added extra ducts to two of our guest rooms that were not cool enough and changed the grills in the ceiling (each louver moves) to better control the air flow. We had some technical issues to work around, and we were able to work theses out when Joey (the owner) came to meet with my husband (an engineer). Joey is very responsive, polite, prompt and honest; and his crew is the same. They were able to schedule the work quickly (within a week) before we had a house full of guests for Labor Day weekend. Our house is MUCH more comfortable now! We run the AC at 76 and it feels cooler than the 74 degrees we used with our old system. We couldn't be happier with Dulin and our quiet, efficient new systems. Highly recommend!!

I've been a Dulin customer for close to 10 years and I pay annual maintenance for two systems. The last year has been bad. The last 3 months are terrible. The Honeywell Humidifier quit working within the warranty period and Dulin helped us get a credit for a new system from Honeywell. With the old unit (when working) we could dial the humidity into the 30%+ range. The new unit rarely if ever could get the house to 20% humidity. Dulin did send 2 different people out, but they couldnt diagnose the issue. I gave up on this issue and just live with it. Now, we are selling our house and the home inspector found mold in the floor vents in the downstairs system. He found out that the boots were not insulated and that condensation is created from the temperature difference in the crawl space and the cold air in the boot. I also have excessive leaking from the evaporator coil and it needs to be retaped and duct mastik applied. For much of our time with Dulin, the dispatcher was Jessie. He would promptly get people to our home, and rarely did I have to call back. Earlier this year, a new dispatcher, that I will not name replaced Jessie, and I have now called him 4 times (!!!!) with no courtesy of a response to fix the boots and the evaporator coil leakage. Joey Dulin - Dulin is, or at least was, better than this. Hopefully you can take this feedback and address the problems.

Dulin was very professional. I needed some additional/extra items completed in concert with the HVAC replacement, and they gladly gave me a very fair estimate on the cost, and they handled the extra items very well. One item needed was new steps from the garage floor to the attic. It was a difficult job and they handled it like pros. In order to improve ventilation and return air handling, the estimator recommended an additional return vent that was to be installed in the master bedroom. I was concerned about cutting the ceiling and the attendant dust, drywall debris, etc. There was no dust or debris...the additional return looks and works great. Thanks to Dulin, we are finally warm in our house this winter.

Excellent. My system is 20 years old and still running because Dulin makes sure of it. $275 annual for Spring and Winter Maintenance.

We had Dulin install a system about 6 months ago - we were very happy with everything about it. Last night, our thermostat stopped working and the system wouldn't turn on. Called Dulin around 7pm on a Friday night - they came out immediately, replaced the thermostat, and reprogrammed it. Furnace was back running by 9pm. Really impressed with the service level - no questions, no cost, ho hassles. That kind of service speaks volumes about Dulin - thanks!

They were very professional. They came when they said they would come or if they couldn't come they called. I liked they way they installed the upstairs unit in the attic because the prior one that was installed when the house was built was very close to the attic access door. It actually took up all of the room in the attack. They was Dulin installed they put it towards the back of the house so that we have all of this space that has opened up and you're not taking your life in your hands when you go up in the attic because they area around the attic door is free and open. They did a good job. They Installed two thermostats cause there are two parts to the upstairs and they actually ran heating and cooling, there was already an area there but it needed vent and wasn't adequate so they corrected that area and added another vent and added an thermostat to the bonus room.
