The next day I talked to someone on site and they apologized and made sure it did not happen again. I called the owner to let him know of the issue however I never received a follow-up phone call. The workers were great however I wanted to speak with the owner about my issue not the foreman on site."

Their price was about even with the best of quotes I received from several top competitors. The main reason I went with someone else is so that HVAC and electrical work would be included instead of on me to see that it's done properly and a slightly more comprehensive warranty."

"What they did was good. The gentleman that installed the switches did not check the (2) 2-way switches before he left and I found that one switch would lock the other from turning on. They did have someone come back out and make the repair. My only complaint would be that they put the dimmer switches in inconvenient locations, as opposed to where I requested them to be installed."

Gave me good info when it wasn't possible to do what I wanted. I have a home built in the 1920s so it's sometimes a challenge trying to modernize and correct past owners mistakes. I hope to have a long relationship with him. I own two rentals in the area and always need something done."
