I had several small projects ( split rail fence repaired, door bell replaced, 2light fixtures replaced, and hot/cold temperature selection on tub) Couldn’t access it through the tub surround so he had to cut into from the hall wall. Fixed it and you cannot tell that he had to cut a whole through the chair rail. He was on time every day and went about his work quietly and efficiently. He is a very nice guy to talk with too. He is by far the best handyman I have ever hired. He also kept me informed of every single step and if a problem arose he showed me and explained what would have to be done so I totally understood. I figured these projects would cost more than I had budgeted (especially with the tub enclosure problem) but the final bill was what I considered not only responsible but actually cheap. "I hired Michael and brought on board after four other contractors could not meet my standards. I put Michael to the test and I was amazed with the work. Michael did the following for me; 100% full kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel, 4 other rooms for sheet rock work that included patch work sanding painting from top to bottom ceiling and walls; last 2 exterior door installs that he did the removal, pluming and re-framing. Being that I am a contractor myself I am very critical, I tried to find any issue with Michael's work and I could not.
