"I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM TO HAVE FOUND ALBERT.  My cleaner damaged the wall during Thanksgiving week!  My client was having guests over and needed the damage repaired before Thanksgiving day.  I called Albert on Monday and he reassured me that he could have a crew out there 8:30 AM on Wednesday (the 21st).  He called me at 7:30 AM on Wednesday to let me know he was on his way.  By the time I met him at my client's home at 8:30 AM not only was he there but his crew was already well underway preparing the materials outside.   Both Albert and his crew were extremely courteous and reassuring.  Remember this was not my home but MY CLIENT's home.  If anything went wrong, I could lose a lot of business. 
Sure enough withing 45 minutes, Albert was done.  I called my client and she said she was amazed at the speed at which they finished and at the quality of work.  She said that the job was so well done that you could not even find where the repair was done!  
I am sincerely thankful that Albert was there to help.  He saved me from what could have been a very embarrassing situation.  Not only did he amaze me but he amazed my client!

"Moisture-Loc has a lot of business, so it can take a while to schedule.  But they did a very good job.  Also, the representative who came out, inspected the crawl space, did not try to sell me something I didn't need.  He said I didn't have any mold issues.  The workers worked very quickly and were done in one day.

"What they did was good. The gentleman that installed the switches did not check the (2) 2-way switches before he left and I found that one switch would lock the other from turning on. They did have someone come back out and make the repair. My only complaint would be that they put the dimmer switches in inconvenient locations, as opposed to where I requested them to be installed."

Yes!  I said clean up!  When the men left, the kitchen floor was cleaner than when they got there!  The installers arrived on time, got right to work, asked questions about what I wanted, asked me often if this was what I wanted, what I thought about this, etc.   They understand what "Customer Service" is.  After the installation was complete, I received a follow-up phone call from Jeff, making sure I was happy with everything, and to see if there was anything else I needed.  Well, that doesn't usually happen!  I would recommend them to my friends and family, and use them again.
