I recently had the pleasure of working with Mollie and Catalino at Ruiz Enterprises to remove our old screened in porch and build a new deck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We went from having a poorly designed screened porch that flooded to a beautiful new deck that gives us more usable space and more room to enjoy being outside. Timeliness: The project was completed on schedule, with no unexpected delays. Mollie and Catalino provided a clear timeline from the beginning, and they stuck to it and even worked with us as waited for HOA approval. Professionalism: The team was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. They maintained a clean worksite and ensured everything was in order before they left each day. Catalino even returned unused materials back to the retailer and I got almost a $1,000 back from the unused materials. I was happy to get the money back and not having to load and return heavy bags of cement! Overall Experience: I am thoroughly impressed with Ruiz Enterprises and the deck they built. It has transformed our outdoor space into a perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level.

First, let me say the level of professionalism from this company was immaculate. From scheduling, to communication before arrival and most importantly the services that were performed. I had some major work done to my home and was quite nervous hoping everything would turn out great. Well, it turned out more than great! The paint job has the interior of my home looking brand new, my deck is beautiful and now one of my favorite places to retreat to at my home & my roof is now 100%!! I couldn’t have found a better company to trust with these major projects! Thank you Ruiz Enterprise for all the hard work, you guys did a beautiful job :)!
