David re-wired everything and divided the circuits and was able to put everything into a single breaker box with no voltage losses. He helped us set up the new dishwasher and dryer as well as the garage door opener. He has always maintained our driveway which is a long, gravel uphill driveway. We would not let anyone else touch the driveway. He also dug a drainage trench which repaired one downspout on the house that had been leaking into the basement. And the last job for us was removal of a very large dying tree which was next to our parking area. He gave us a great price on all the work and stayed on budget. "They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! "Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call..
