"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. "Ben Franklin and especially Phillip Munoz were great. Though booked thru Nov., Phillip came out on a Sat to look at an outside leak that was causing tons of water usage and a leak into the basement. He had to come back the following Sat when a backhoe was available and go down 7 feet to get to the leak. He and his partner got totally filthy but fixed the problem. They cleaned up the area and gave good advice on a couple other potential problems. I plan to use them again for a drainage problem and recommend them wholeheartedly."

They also patched holes in the foundation, hauled off all the old, dirty insulation and torn vapor barrier. All-in-all a very accommodating crew."

Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work.
