"David was very helpful and proffesional. Our house was built in 1960 and had a lot of electrical issues. David re-wired everything and divided the circuits and was able to put everything into a single breaker box with no voltage losses. He helped us set up the new dishwasher and dryer as well as the garage door opener. He has always maintained our driveway which is a long, gravel uphill driveway. We would not let anyone else touch the driveway. He also dug a drainage trench which repaired one downspout on the house that had been leaking into the basement. And the last job for us was removal of a very large dying tree which was next to our parking area. He gave us a great price on all the work and stayed on budget. We highly recommend David, and will use him again for these type of projects around our home. "

"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. Not my first encapsulation and sump pump situation but by far THE BEST. Quality materials, good work ethic, a pleasure!"
