Hyatt Landscaping, Inc.Hyatt was a great provider for us when we needed to install trees and move irrigation in our new yard. Their team was courteous, professional, timely and truly knew their stuff. Our trees looked great coming off the truck and were well cared for with ample holes and amended soil to get established in their new environment. Our builder’s GC was even impressed by the way they worked and stopped by a couple of times to watch! We absolutely plan to use them again for Phase 2.- Scott B.

The quality and service is exceptional. They came out after another company did poor work. Rainwagon is priced higher than others. Their service call is $100 whereas most of the others are $85. Of course, the service call charges goes towards the full service, however I can't help but think their full charges are relatively higher than others as well...just couldn't afford to pay for multiple service calls in order to compare.

Unfortunately I must leave a bad review after trusting the many other positive reviews on this site. Walt was asked up front if he had time to perform our work to which he said he did. He came out to diagnose our system and was contracted to fix the entire thing, making sure that the five zones not working would come back online. He estimated $1000 for this work and assured us once more he wanted the job and did have time to do it, even though it was his busy season and he handled corporate clients. He came back another day with a helper and spent several hours locating problems. He replaced 4 faulty sprinkler heads, which he charged another $200 for. Walt assured us the system was working great, all issues handled and he left. Two days later, all five original zones did not work when the system cycled through its schedule. We called back immediately and began to get a song and dance, explaining how busy he was this time of year. But, he eventually came back and did some more digging around and left again without communicating. The next time we were able to get Walt to pick up the phone, he was less than helpful but asked us to work with his heavily booked schedule. He promised he WOULD get back to us if we would just be patient. Six weeks later—Now, he does not return calls, texts or emails. He broke his word that he would fix our system, even after we tried to accommodate his busy season. Whatever digging he did, must have broken something else, because our irrigation bill was over $300. Obviously now something is leaking. He got his $1200 and didn’t look back. I wish I had never called Global Turf. Walt has given them a horrible name. I still have a broken system and NOW a leaking system and I have been fleeced for $1200. What a disappointing “professional.”

H2O Matic did exactly what we hoped for and more. Our outdoor covered paver patio with integrated fireplace came out absolutely amazing, and is now our go-to place to spend time together. The crew was meticulous with their attention to detail and wanted to make it absolutely perfect for us. They were efficient and wasted no time in getting the project done, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. From the moment we got the estimate and design, all they way through to the finished product, was a wonderful experience. We couldn't recommend H2O Matic more highly.

Eddie Guillen and his team at Guillen Enterprises are professional, prompt, provide great value, and truly stand behind their work. They evaluated what was needed for my driveway apron (additional drainage required), then installed it professionally, promptly, and on time. I was very happy with the work. But the best part happened six months after the installation. One end of a driveway-wide drain was starting to come up. I called Eddie and told him the problem. He promptly came out and fixed it at no charge, and with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Guillen Enterprises, and I would definitely hire them again.

At Queen City Plumbing, we don’t have commission driven plumbers that their honesty is affected by what their paycheck looks like that week. All of our plumbers are honest, have been drug tested, background checked, and are paid a salary not commission.

I called for service early in the week and the work was scheduled for later that same week, since this was not an emergency. Jason called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and we discussed what needed to be done. He worked diligently until the drains were cleaned and did a great job. We're so glad that the drains are working properly now! We discussed other possible projects for the future. Jason was knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. I highly recommend Queen City Plumbing.

Just completed our second phase with Hyatt, they were more than willing to work with us to install the landscape design created by “Eric The Landscape Design Guy” over a couple of years. With this phase, they recognized the unique challenges of our soil and recommended raising the planting beds to accommodate the poor drainage. They also went above and beyond and replaced some of the older plantings and raised those beds which were outside the scope of this phase at no additional cost. They always provide excellent service and leave the job site cleaner than when they got there. Hyatt added underground downspout drainage and additional river rock to help move rainwater away from the house and new plants which was also not in the original quote and we were not charged.
