A Williamson's Irrigation

Three times in a row they did not complete the work or the system leaked after their work. They once sent me an invoice 4 months after the work had been done (apparently they lost track of their billing) and then had the audacity to claim it was past due when I had never received a bill for the work done 4 months past.

Irrigation Repairs

Kyle from Williamson’s called to verify my project and within an hour two techs showed up and immediately started work on the leak. In a matter of less then an hour they had cut out leaking pvc, replacing the suspect valve, solenoid, filter, and pressure regulator feeding the zone. Excellent service, professional Techs, all work was neat and most important, done correctly the first time..highly recommend..

Everything I read in the excellent reviews is true. I was a bit nervous because I just had a very bad experience with another company and because the weather was turning cold quickly and it took a couple of days for Aaron to respond to my inquiry, But, I couldn't be happier. Aaron was on time, very personable and knew what he was doing.

They never responded to my e-mail regarding the lack of service, but did send me a renewal notice to pay for the service again this year. I would only pay this company for service once it is completed if you decide to use them.

Technician was good. The cost was a little high.

Aaron was so quick to respond and the issue was fixed immediately. It sounds like he had a packed schedule yet he made time to not only inspect the issue on the week I called and then fixed it on the spot. Installation went well. They use a trencher to dig where the irrigation pvc goes. Not hand dug, so your yard will have areas where the trencher goes. Takes a while for the grass to heal itself back into the trench areas.

They did my irrigation drainage and lighting at my house. They did a great job. Williamson's completed the job turn key with no issues and no hidden charges.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Aaron Williamson is unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending. He showed up unannounced and dug a large hole on my property six days before we agreed. He refused to apologize and instead blamed me. He then proceeded to quit the job and refuses to refund my deposit. I have filed charges with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department against Aaron for trespassing, property damage, and theft. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

We got a few estimates, all of which came in within a couple hundred dollars. Williamson's offed a much longer warranty period (double) and required less down payment. Although we had to wait a few weeks for the install due to high demand, Williamson's showed up on the day they said they would, when they said they would, and completed the job in a single day. Everything worked exactly as they said it should. They cleaned up everything - even the neighbors commented on how tidy and professional they were. The repaired the existing low voltage lighting cables that had to be cut during the instal as well as the existing drainage piping. The only hiccup was one of the fence posts (aluminum) came in contact with their trench machine and was broken. They contacted the fence company that installed the fence and took care of the repair - no questions asked. Good customer service is easy when there aren't any suprises - exceptional customer service is how well things are handled when there are suprises. Williamson's provided me with an exceptional experience, start to finish.

Reasonable price and great customer service

Kyle was outstanding in coming out to our house and providing us a quote for both the irrigation and lighting. We ended up going with Williamson's even though they were not the cheapest. Kyle truly knew what he was talking about, and I felt paying a little bit more to ensure the job was going to get done properly was money well spent. The team was out and completed the irrigation and lighting as scheduled and our new plants are properly watered and lit! :) You cannot go wrong with Williamson's and Kyle for your irrigation and lighting needs.

A+ again these guys are awesome. Seriously, if you're looking for a contractor to do some work on your irrigation system, stop now, and hire Williamson's Irrigation & Lighting. Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced!
