Located in the Charlotte area, our services include, but are not limited to: custom landscape design installation, grading and drainage, irrigation, water feature construction, retaining walls and landscape lighting. Our company prides itself in its quality, punctuality and dependability. Our staff, which consists of: N.C. Registered Landscape Contractors N.C. Certified Plant Professionals N.C. Licensed Irrigation Contractors, and Licensed Pesticide Applicators is eager to serve the needs of your community. I loved that, with Hyatt, expectations were met and there was absolutely no drama. (a good thing and, sadly, more rare when working with any contractor these days). At the initial consultation, I asked for a phased plan, since I would not be able to do everything all at once. What I got was exactly what I asked for and once we broke down the scope of work, that's precisely what was performed. The guys were on time, friendly and focused. They completed their work, cleaned up and left. Expectations matched perfectly. I'll be calling on them again in the near future.

Hyatt was fantastic. They completely changed the way we use our backyard. We use the backyard all the time after they completed their work. And the designs they provided give us a road map for future work. They were easy, communicated often and worked efficiently. We wish we would have done this sooner. Other vendors were competitive with their quotes, some were even less than Hyatt. But their plans and level of detail was a lot less. Hyatt was very detailed and provided great feedback during the design phase.

We contracted Hyatt to install raised garden beds in our backyard. They came out right away to do a quick and free estimate and were available to start the job within a couple of weeks. Excellent professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. Only took them two days to complete the job and it came out beautifully. Tony even offered to help troubleshoot some potential issues with our existing sprinkler system while on site. Could not be happier with them!!

Hyatt Landscaping did an amazing job with our backyard makeover. Making it more functional by eliminating flooding/run-off from rain, repaired our outdoor lighting, and making it aesthetically beautiful again with easy maintenance for us to keep up. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and were able to get our project done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this company for any landscaping project!

I was completely satisfied with the work that Hyatt Landscaping did at my home! They were professional from start to finish and the work was excellent quality. The crews cleaned up daily after working and left it so tidy. The customer service was personal and I will certainly use them again!! I love by back yard retreat!!

We hired Hyatt to help us with drainage issues. We worked together to build a plan that worked best for us and they did a fantastic job. This was by far the best service we've ever received here in Charlotte. Fast, professional and did a fantastic job. Our yard looks amazing!

Following construction of a new pool, we hired Hyatt to "fix" the mess the pool people made of the yard. They graded the entire yard, completely replaced the underground drainage, sodded some and seeded other sections of the yard. They were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job! Cecil, Tony and Heather are excellent communicators and were delightful to work with. The crew was professional and courteous. And the clean-up is perfect! I can't recommend Hyatt highly enough. They are amazing!

Hyatt Landscaping did a fantastic job at my place of work fixing a large drainage issue in our playground area. Hyatt does outstanding work. From initial contact with Heather in their office, through project planning with Bill, project coordination managed by Cecil, and final installation overseen by Tony, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome to our project. A family-owned and run business, Hyatt goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered. They provided multiple options to meet our project needs, always sensitive to our budget constraints. On-site installation was fast and professional, with nightly clean-up, tarping of exposed soil to prevent erosion and limit mud during brief periods of rain, and final cleaning that included washing down all dirt and soil leavings from the road in front of our house. Hyatt was also very careful with our neighbors' yards, as our lots are small--they sprayed off cars to remove dust and repaired any minor damage to side-yards while being very careful to stay on our property to the extent possible. Our project included a new 512 sq ft paver patio, installation of a gas line for an outdoor grill, and removal and replacement of old landscaping in both the rear and front yards. During the project we exposed existing sprinkler lines that needed repair and/or re-routing; Hyatt also changed some sprinkler lines to drip to keep the new beds watered with minimal waste. Hyatt coordinated all the necessary subcontractors for our project including tree removal, plumbing, and electric work. Hyatt is fully insured and used subs that were likewise insured. Very professional, very attentive, with excellent on-site project management. We'd hire Hyatt again for any future projects we might have.

I can't recommend Hyatt highly enough. From our initial consultation with Cecil to when the crew cleaned up, everything was handled with clarity and professionalism. Our project included planting a variety of new trees and shrubs, incorporating some hardscaping, installing uplighting, and more. The owner himself was on-site throughout, which really meant a lot to us—and obviously made a difference in the quality of work. All of our neighbors were stunned at how clean they left our work site (they cleaned the street and curbs before they left!). At the start of the project they gave us a window for completion due to holidays and weather, but they were always communicative, keeping us abreast of when elements of the project would be completed. If you're looking for a landscaping company, save yourself any more time and research and hire Hyatt. Whenever we have landscaping needs again, we will definitely call them.

Just completed our second phase with Hyatt, they were more than willing to work with us to install the landscape design created by “Eric The Landscape Design Guy” over a couple of years. With this phase, they recognized the unique challenges of our soil and recommended raising the planting beds to accommodate the poor drainage. They also went above and beyond and replaced some of the older plantings and raised those beds which were outside the scope of this phase at no additional cost. They always provide excellent service and leave the job site cleaner than when they got there. Hyatt added underground downspout drainage and additional river rock to help move rainwater away from the house and new plants which was also not in the original quote and we were not charged.

Hyatt provided great service, from initial consultation through preparation of the plan all the way to construction completion. Staffed the project more than adequately to get the job done in a timely manner, working around some iffy weather. Job was done professionally, job site always orderly, and left the place in top notch condition after they work was done - even washed the street in front of the house, no complaints from neighbors or HOA. Highly recommended.

Hyatt was a great provider for us when we needed to install trees and move irrigation in our new yard. Their team was courteous, professional, timely and truly knew their stuff. Our trees looked great coming off the truck and were well cared for with ample holes and amended soil to get established in their new environment. Our builder’s GC was even impressed by the way they worked and stopped by a couple of times to watch! We absolutely plan to use them again for Phase 2.

We had a great experience with Hyatt. They do everything, which is good because we pretty much needed it all. We live on a hill and had water pooling in the driveway and had 6 downspouts eroding the slope and draining into the neighbors yard. They took that mess and created a stunning design that made that side of the house useable again and it drains like perfection, bring on the rain!!! Great team to work with communication was above and beyond. We are very happy with the end result and they were so easy to work with.

Exceptional experience working with Hyatt Landscaping! Starting from the first call to set up a landscape design with Eric, he came on-site several times to work and rework the design to get it to fit our needs. Not easy during the Covid-19 pandemic! Tony Hyatt brought an army of workers and transformed our backyard from just lawn into a park like setting in just two days and during a rainstorm. He was very willing to make some on-site modifications to plant layouts and even added some extras features. I can attest to Hyatt landscaping demonstrating integrity by removing certain line items in our invoice for services not needed without us having to bring them up.
