"Lowes sent out RR Plumbing to measure and ensure that new appliances could be installed. One appliance was a gas cooktop to replace an electric cooktop. The installer measured and insured me that gas could be installed, but we would need to purchase a new microwave above the cooktop. When Piedmont Natural Gas came out to run the gas line, they refused because the cabinets were too close to the countertop for gas, but the microwave was fine. Everything RR had told me was wrong. I do not understand why this company has a contract with Lowes if they continue to disappoint customers and provide bad service."
