Wood Fence Installation

My contract CLEARLY states treated pine NOT cedar. They are refusing to fix this issue. Lowes mgmt looked at pictures and confirmed this is cedar and their man who came back to install the post caps as well as 2 fence companies not involved. And still their refusing to fix the issue. The fence is 1 month old and 7 pickets had to be changed out because their splitting. This company is a nightmare too deal with.

Installation was delayed a week due to weather condition however I was contacted and explained why and rescheduled which was one week later. Installer showed up on time as scheduled. The gate had to be ordered which had not come in at time of the fence installation but the installer made sure I had easy access to the backyard before leaving. The very next day the gate was installed.
