I wish I could give Malibu A's across the board. Everything was great until the install. Up until that point all indications were that this was a comapny that did top notch work. Unfortunately they sent a trainee to perform the install, and it was obvious. After I called and complained, another employee came out and did his best to correct the mess, but it is hard to clean up a sloppy silicone job and have it look good. For the price I paid, I expected to recieve their best service, not be the place where they let a rookie give it a try unsupervised.

Went great! Scott came by to measure and to go over the different glass and hardware options. He was very professional and knowledgeable about their product.

The install team was in and out in about 1.5 hours and were neat and professional.

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team member who came to take the measurements was prompt, personable and communicated the process clearly.
The door installation took place on time and the installation team was also personable, efficient and clearly communicated the best way to care for our new glass enclosure, right down to the best squeegee and glass cleaner to use.
I would highly recommend Malibu to other homeowners and look forward to hiring them again for our other two bathroom projects.

I like it all, it was great and they were very good. They were professional and I thought they did a good job at the measurement. He did say if I had any problems I should call and the door handle was a little loose after a couple of weeks. I called him and he came back out in a couple of hours.

We used them through another contractor so I am not sure how much they charged. They delivered on time. They were very responsive. They did a great job in terms of the installation. I was happy with the work they did. There were no down sides. We looked them up and they held true to other good reviews. They were very positive and I believe their price was in line with other providers. They were very professional.

Neil called and set up the appt to come measure. He was prompt and thorough. He took the time to explain things to us and gave us the opportunity to make informed decisions. He was hired by the Tile Collection on our behalf. Once it was time to install they came in installed and went over some basic information and they were done. Very easy and education process dealing with Malibu.

Malibu Showers installed glass shower doors and a glass side wall after our tile shower was replaced.   When we explained what we wanted to do with the doors and wall, we were offered choices in handles that others had not offered.  It solved our problem.    The glass arrived within the time promised.  It fit perfectly and has not leaked after 5 months.  The installers were in and out in less than an hour.   They gave us some very helpful tips on maintaining and cleaning our glass and tile.

Neil and Company worked with our GC in creating a new foundation for the glass shower. The existing system was removed and granite had to be installed prior to measuring and fabrication of the new shower enclosure. The frameless shower was installed, cleaned up properly, and we were advised how to keep it looking new.

Neil and his folks always showed up on time, were very professional, totally knew how to make it all work and we ended up with an incredible looking shower.

Would highly recommend these guys who are honest, with great ideas, and great talent.

Neil (and Andy) are no-nonsense and we found that very refreshing as opposed to some of the self-declared market leaders out there that talk a lot and don't really lsiten to their potential clients. They are busy but still try to meet the clients scheduling needs incl evening appointments. Great experience A - Z including technical solution others told us were not possible. Highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job. I like their creativity, professionalism, timeliness and they were good in every aspect.

Neil was really great from the get go. He was extremely responsive. I called and left a message and received a call back the same day. He was willing to come do a quote that very night. Due to other bathroom remodel stuff, I didn't get back to him right away, but he called and left a few other messages providing some potential times he could come by to measure and quote.
He did also provide a quote over the phone for $1350 based on general measurements that I gave him.
Neil worked around my schedule and was able to come by on a Friday evening. He measured and quoted and showed me the various door handle options (most places only have the D handle). He explained everything and showed pictures of other finished jobs. We had $100 off the quote due to the Angie's list deal going on at the time.
Neil gave us honest and accurate timeframes with the Christmas holiday and other jobs and delivered a little earlier than expected.
We were extremely happy with the service and the shower door is gorgeous. I honestly think it is one of my favorite parts fo the bathroom!!

They were reasonable. They were very professional, they told us when they were coming, and they kept their appointment. They were very neat with their work. I think that they did a fine job and the doors still work to this day. I had no trouble with them and they did the door straight and level. They knew exactly what I needed and they bought and installed it.

Had Malibu Shower Enclosures install a new shower door. The service they provided was great. The price was little higher than other companies but they seemed more detailed. They gave you more options for accessories for the door. When they came back with the door it fit perfectly. Would recommend them to anyone needing a custom shower door made.
