Warning: the owner of this website & Company Outdoor Experts from WNC, advertised as a Retaining Wall, Handscaping Contractor, Ricardo Ortiz Hernandez that advertises on Facebook is a Fraud. There were internet warnings about the Fraudulent nature of Mr. Ortiz that I didn?t research and see until I had given him a portion of the project deposit and when I asked for his Labiality Insurance, he became very indignant and threatened to cancel the contract that was not signed or legally bound. He has continued to lie and promised to refund my money but has failed, so I have pursued legal action and reported the Fraud to the bank, Zelle and NC LBGC.org.

Ricardo & his team did a great job on our patio & fireplace & boarder wall's. I highly recommend Outdoor Experts & are having them do more on our porch.

Pros were great ,always starting bright and early ,End project is beautiful, And now l don't have to worry anymore about losing anymore of my deteriorating hill,l would definitely recommend Outdoors Experts to others To others

We needed stone patio replaced along with drainage for back yard flooding problem. Built us a fire pit and bricked in our grill. All of the men worked in this awful 100 degree heat which says alot. Would contact again for future projects!

Ricardo and his team were very professional. We had our driveway widened with concrete pavers. They were extremely careful about the removal of dirt and grass in the area since we have a sprinkler system and underground landscape wiring. They also installed a drainage pipe under the pavers and the entire job looks fantastic. The team worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned the area thoroughly upon completing the project. Our experience with Outdoor Experts was great and we highly recommend them.

I hired the Outdoor Experts to fix a major drainage issue I was left with after having an above ground pool installed. I could not be happier with the great job they did. The crew was polite, respectful and professional . They exhibited an amazing work ethic which is often hard to find these days. Ricardo respond in a timely manner, offered options to fix my problem and listened to my wants, needs and concerns. Not only did the crew fix my issue but went above and beyond by fixing extra issues they found without extra cost to me. It was refreshing to have hired somebody that not only did a great job but also ensured that everything was cleaned up at the completion of the job. The Outdoor Experts were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Outdoor Experts did a fantastic job of repairing and smoothing the gravel parking lot for Mood Treatment Center. Ricardo, the owner, was pleasant and professional and wanted to help. Ricardo and his team went above and beyond the required work. They were able to start and finish in one day. Amazing job done by Ricardo (owner) and his crew! This is the first time I've ever had hardscaping done and Ricardo walked me through everything. The final project came out better than I could imagine. Even better, their clean up made it seem as they were never there. He was great with communication, price was fair and his crew were very nice, and professional. He provided me with pictures of previous projects and the contacts of other customers to use as reference check. I would highly recommend Outdoor Experts for any landscape/yardwork plans you have. Outdoor Experts were professional and have done an absolutely wonderful job! They graded my backyard, placed drainage pipe, fixed my retention wall and built a stone wall around my front bushes. The stone work is outstanding. All was done quickly and expertly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with everything!!

Ricardo and his guys are the best! Amazing stonework, fast turn around time and great pricing. They replaced a retaining wall (that they added drainage to) and then built new stone steps and a garden bed. Looking forward to planting the new bed in the spring and having him help redo our back patio!

Ricardo and his crew helped us during the post Helene clean up. They were essential to our project and helped collect and remove over 80,000lbs of trash and debris. Their efficiency and professionalism made what seemed like a daunting task into just another routine day for them. Without their assistance, we would not have accomplished what we did within the short time frame. We also used their tree removal services for some of the more dangerous tree work. Like those that threatened fuel tanks, decks or roof collapses. Again, their speed and efficiency made impossible tasks look easy. We plan on using them for an outdoor kitchen project as well as clearing some dead trees for a farm. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small. Pictures attached are some of the trash they collected for us.

Ricardo and his crew did an amazing job. Not only did they do a beautiful retaining wall, a stone wall and stairs going around the house, but they added the proper drainage, recessed lighting on a timer and landscaping. Highly recommend Ricardo and his crew.
