He also checked and replaced other loose boards on the remaining fence and noticed I did not have a handle for the gate. He added the gate handle. Customer service was great! "Falcon tree service was a wonderful experience for me and my wife. Joseph the lead arborist and owner was very respectful during the estimate, and took a great lead on his guys. One thing you should note about falcon tree service is that they really take their work seriously and safely and for half the price of a larger scale company! They were very polite and respectful, with full safety gear and helmets! when falcon came out to do the free estimate, they gave us a lot of options on what could be done and great ideas for the overall health of the tree but gave us a decision and we ultimately ended up removing the tree!
