A great knowledgeable staff with great work effort and follow through Corey there field supervisor came in to finish up my extremely large undertaking of a project not that they need to send the field supervisor out cause it was was well handled but just allot to finish in a day but the sure tried all staff very committed to excellent work and customer service and clean and very conscientious of their work the job and their customers to many things to say about this company but top notch for sure would trust them with my grandmother's home with out a worry or even needing to be there all work well with doing over and over again truly real remarkable thanks to team and had a total of I think fifteen men here all scrambling but organized and task oriented well done thank to all and no wonder to have a field supervisor get down and dirty and work just as hard is remarkable

Tanner did a great job of diagnosing the problem, informing me of why it is probably happening and fixed the issue and stayed an extra 30 min to check and make sure water heat was up to par. Great job!

I thought listening to recommendations on Angi would be the right way to go, man was I wrong. I called them about a water leak at a cutoff valve and when they arrived late, they charged me over $400 to replace the cutoff valve. Then gave me an estimate to replace water lines through the attic instead of having them under the slab as they are now, If water leaks in the attic would not you think that would make a worse mess and damage? But the kicker is they gave me an estimate of over $9,000 to do this which one person to do the work and would take one day? $9,000? Were the new water lines going to be made from gold or what? Never again will I call them.

Mr. Ashby was patient and talked us through every single option that would fit our needs and our budget. We truly felt taken care of and prioritized as a 1st time customer. Our new water heater was installed the same day! THANK YOU!
