He also handled the insurance aspect of the process. All I had to do was stay out of the way. They were very professional and were able to deal with any situation as they came up. Our billing procedure includes a legal contract that protects the customer as well as our business. We require 50% of the cost upon the arrival of the material, and the other 50% once the job is complete.
