"First impressions are extremely important to me, if you own a business and want to make it a success first impressions are a must. I called Mr Taylor on a Monday and told him I had a deck that was completely rotten and I was in desperate need of replacement. He asked if he could come tomorrow???? What? Out of the 5 other contractors I called Mr Taylor was the only person who came within 24 hours and kept his word.
