He uses quality materials and was very precise in constructing the dock/pier. He communicated with us throughout the process. He is a true professional in that he kept to his set work schedule and finished ahead of the projected timeline. "First impressions are extremely important to me, if you own a business and want to make it a success first impressions are a must. I called Mr Taylor on a Monday and told him I had a deck that was completely rotten and I was in desperate need of replacement. He asked if he could come tomorrow???? What? Out of the 5 other contractors I called Mr Taylor was the only person who came within 24 hours and kept his word.
